The Directorate for Personnel Programs (DP3) interprets and implements policies develops guidance, standards and processes coordinates and deploy standards, systems, programs, procedures and actions for the Department’s personnel programs portfolio. The directorate operates the Total Force Service Center, a 24/7, 361 days per year customer service center, which provides the full spectrum of Personnel Services support through knowledge management, customer contact, transactional service, and field agency support elements in a responsive and interactive manner. ![]() The Directorate of Personnel Support (DPS) provides direct personnel services and support to Joint and Department of the Air Force personnel, commanders, Airmen, Guardians, civilian employees and their families. Additionally, the directorate collaborates with the other AFPC directorates to work Talent Management initiatives for the Department of the Air Force. ![]() The directorate coordinates and manages publication of HR knowledge and information across all appropriate electronic mediums to ensure delivery of clear, concise, timely, and useful HR knowledge to all Airmen, Guardians and institutional customers across the enterprise. The Directorate for Technology and Information (DP0) enables AFPC's efficient execution of personnel programs through sustainment of human resource information systems and digital transformation. In addition to delivering Enterprise Information Management policy and guidance, the Directorate of Staff manages and approves attitude and opinion surveys administered to Department of the Air Force members providing oversight to ensure surveys meet mission requirements and fulfill the information needs of functional authorities. The Director of Staff (DS) provides worldwide customer support for personnel data through the production, detailed analysis and delivery of reports and data sets on the effectiveness and output of personnel programs. AFPC strives to provide agile and responsive support and solutions to customers around the globe, including military and civilian Airmen and Guardians, families and retirees. The Air Force’s Personnel Center is comprised of eight directorates, the Air Force Selection Board Secretariat and Special Staff, each managing key programs in support of Department of the Air Force personnel operations around the globe.
